The staff was super friendly and affable. Stayed in an amazing single room with WiFi that worked, a bidet, and a balcony. the location was unbeatable, in the Stazione Centrale district and close to the train station. There was a good restaurant, a main shopping street, and a shopping street next door. Would use them next time.

Great location.. easy to find and very short walk from milano centrale.. which was great when tired. Rooms were small but functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. The cafe (bar) across the street was excellent and make great coffee! :)

Good location close to the main railway station, for crazy people easy to get on foot to the center, appr. 30-40 minutes an easy walk. The room was tidy, the guys on the reception polite. I had a room with the window in the inner yard, and it was always quiet. The room was small but newly renovated. In general I am satisfied with the choice.

The breakfast was not good! each day the same! you can read the same complain by many guests who have booked this hotel and left their impressions on Booked.net. Unfortunatelly the hotel doesn´t read it, otherwise perhaps they would have changed something. I would nevertheless recommend this hotel!

I booked a double room with a balcony online, and it had a central location near a main street and was 10 km from the airport.

Great location near Stazione Centrale, breakfast was okay - nothing special (some ham, hard boiled eggs, pastry, etc.), room was as small as the other rooms in hotels of Milano, with new furniture, pretty clean. The bathroom was large because it was for disabled. Comfortable.

Comfortable Rooms and Excellent Location

During my recent stay at Mokinba Hotels, I experienced comfortable rooms that were spacious and well-appointed. The rooms were not cramped, allowing for easy movement within the space. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the city, with major attractions within walking distance. Despite some minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, such as noise from neighboring rooms, overall I was satisfied with my stay at Mokinba Hotels and would recommend it for an enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Mokinba Hotels. The spacious suite I was given exceeded my expectations and I loved the abundance of toilet supplies. Everything was impeccably clean and the friendly reception lady made me feel welcome. The complimentary candy in the room and at the reception was a sweet touch. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Milan.

Walking distance from/to the milano centrale; very close to shopping centers; price is very reasonable; hotel is clean and amenities are good - vault, ref, TV, private toilet and bath, telephone; a nice restaurant with a reasonable price is just beside the hotel.

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent with many choices, providing something for everyone. Conveniently situated just 5 mins walk from Central Station and the main shopping area. We have stayed in Milan several times and would definitely book this hotel again.

Nothing we didnt like about the hotel, but just the area is a bit initimindating in the evening as there were large groups of street hawkers waiting around on each corner between 6 & 7pm. It looked as though they were waiting for goods to be dropped off for them to go and sell on the main shopping street later in the evening.
